Returns and Exchanges
We'll be frustrated if you're not 100% satisfied with the item you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt of most new items.
1. Please contact customer service on our website and describe the item you want to return and why.
2. After receiving our return instructions, please pack the item to be returned with its original packaging.
3. Drop off your package at your local post office.
4. Most returns will be processed within 5 working days after we receive your package. We will issue a refund to your EBAY-US wallet if we are not notified otherwise of the refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used for your next purchase or withdrawn to your payment account. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
1. You have 30 days to decide whether an item is suitable for you, if you want to return or exchange, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
2. The following items are non-returnable: bodysuits, underwear, swimwear, jewelry, lingerie, event and party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, grooming and accessories (except scarves, bags and mermaid blankets).
3. Returned items must be in unused condition and in original packaging. We do not accept returned merchandise that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
4. Items with the non-returnable logo and free gifts cannot be returned.
5. We will not accept returned items without a proper return request.
6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service on packages returned to us. Returns will be at your expense.
7. Please be sure to double check your return before shipping. We are not responsible for returns of non-EBAY-US products.
NOTE: Original Shipping and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
If you wish to return any item to the nearest return address, please contact our Customer Service. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
